In terms of documentation, all of our nannies are required to have the following on file in order to work with our team:
1. Up to date first aid/CPR
2. Class 5 driver's license
3. Vulnerable Sector Check
Any additional family specific qualification, credential or education requests can be discussed during a consultation or follow up phone call with us. As an aside, we find that personality (not education) of the nanny is the biggest factor in whether the nanny meshes with your family or not.
If your nanny is sick or absent for another reason, we work diligently to find coverage for you in an effort to limit disruption in your routine!
The agency invoices your family at the end of each month for the following month! Then we take care of everything from there! It's as simple as that! Currently we accept e-transfer and cheque.

Our goal is to significantly reduce the time, stress, and uncertainty that comes with hiring a nanny. For most families, the fee reflects not just the placement itself, but the peace of mind that comes with knowing the screening and matching process has been handled professionally and thoroughly.
In an ideal world, families would provide 10-12 weeks notice for us to secure the perfect nanny for your family. However, if there is urgency to your family's request, we can work with much tighter timelines. Exactly how quickly depends on multiple variables, including your needs and schedule, our currently rostered nanny availability, the time of year and the overall candidate pool.
Our interview/vetting process is unique in that we have three different stages, each stage dependent of course on if the nanny is in the running to be a good fit for your family:
1. Agency arranges a virtual interview with the candidate
2. Agency invites candidate back for a second, in person interview
3. Agency sends candidate to meet and interview with your family - you get the final say!
Additionally, before employment begins, we speak to the references that the nanny provides us.

Yes, absolutely! We love maintaining the relationships we build with our Nannies On Board Families. Since you are already "in" with our team, no additional placement fees would apply in order to utilize our casual babysitting service.
