After she came in, she helped get our infant twins sleeping in their own cribs without needing to be rocked constantly to sleep. Not only are our babies much happier and manageable, she always keeps the house in order, including dishes washed and toys organized. In addition, our laundry is always clean, folded and put away so all we have to worry about is spending time with our kids. We can confidently leave Tatiana at home with both of our twins to run out to appointments or spend time with our older child. "Tatiana found me the perfect Nanny in record time. It was much easier than the huge amount of time I spent looking for one on the various sites online. Having a person to talk to on the phone who then interviews her own personnel and sets up a meeting, etc., was SO much more user friendly and efficient than the grueling and fruitless online search. You pay a little more this way, but for anyone who is busy or just has had enough of scrolling nanny websites, it's worth it to hand it to a professional. We had complicated needs as well, and Tatiana was very understanding of that. At least from the nanny we ended up with, I can attest that she connects you with high quality helpers. "We've chosen one-on-one care for our son since he was born, at first with an Au Pair and later with nannies.
